Error 500 on iframe when ‘Service point check dimensions’ is enabled
-
Hi,
I recently noticed the location selector pop-up doesn’t appear in our configuration when clicking the button on checkout. The screen turns dark but no map to be seen! In the debugger I get two errors on the iframe that was called (key masked):
If I disable the ‘Service point check dimensions’ in the shop configuration on the SendCloud platform the location chooser immediately appears with no errors:
If I copy the URL from the error and manually change some parameters (e.g. add our specific carrier ‘bpost’ or remove the ‘dimensions-unit’ parameter) the 500 error goes away too:
We’re running SendCloud 1.0.15 and WooCommerce 3.0.9 (and preparing to move to a more recent WooCommerce version, but the issue doesn’t seem on our side, but rather in your SendCloud API).
I’m also getting an ‘Undefined property: WC_Shipping_Rate::$instance_id’ in the logs quite often but that too seems unrelated.
I’m changing the settings on our accounts now, but could this be fixed? You can experience the problem in e.g. this shop (use zipcode 9050 to see the service point shipping method).
Greetings,
Frederik
