Error 500 on Dashboard

Do you have any JS error on you console?

it never gets that far, when I click the link it gives the error

Hum sounds strange, and looks like a conflict. Do you have the opportunity to disable plugins or switch theme?

I can disable plugins, but we can not switch themes. Is there a way to find out what is conflicting with the plugin?

Thanks, it does help a bit. There’s not any automatic way to check conflice. Does your chrome console return something? What is the theme you are using, is it public?

Yes we could do that. If it’s not a plugin problem (you’ve tested by disabling it), can you tell me your theme name and download link?
