Error 500 issue with Udinra Video sitemap plugin

Hello,

First of all, thank you for your sitemap plugins. I have been using the Image and video sitemap plugin for a while.
After an update to the video plugin recently, we noticed that we get error messages when updating a post or try to upload other things, only when your video sitemap plugin is enabled.
Once it is turned off, everything works fine.

Do you have any idea what could be causing it?

It seems to be a timeout thing and then we get
