error 500 – internal server error

Hi, I can not get into the cloned site with wp-staging. The system tells me that the cloning was successful, but when I try to open it, I get a “500 internal server error” error. I already used the plugin with the same theme and I did not have similar problems. In this case the provider is different, so I thought about a problem of file and folder permissions. Changing the permission of the wp-login.php file you can open the login page, with a simplified graphic, but after compiling the fields and attempted to access returns the “500 internal server error” again. In order to provide you with more details, I checked the “debug mode” box in the options, but in the wp-content / uploads / wp-staging / logs / folder I did not find the logfile.log file to send to you. What can I do to solve?
