My site https://www.tusitainternational.net gave the above error after I activated Nextgen Gallery plugin. I currently disabled NG there but activate it at test site https://test.tusitainternational.net. The test site only has NG plugin activated using default Twenty Eleven theme.
    The site is using:
    Wordpress Version 4.1.1
    Nextgen Gallery Version 2.0.77
Can’t remember NG version prior to update.

I contacted my hosting company Hostgator 3 times.
First time the tech support said the problem was due to php memory limit & helped to increased it but the problem remained the same. Unfortunately the live chat was closed before I had a chance to feedback the outcome.
Second time nothing was accomplished as the chat was terminated after I cleared my browser cache as advised by the tech support.
Third time the tech support said the problem was due to a script in NG plugin & there was no further details she could retrieve from error log.

I hope someone could give me some pointers on how to fix this problem.

@slong5107 – I am a very long time customer of HostGator and have not seen any issues specifically related to their services and NextGEN Gallery.

I suspect you are using the jQuery Updater plugin which is not compatible with NextGEN Gallery and has been known to cause a few different issues (this as noted by the reference to jQuery 2.1.3 on your site).

Confirmed jQuery Updater was the culprit. I did a network activation on it previously & hence was unaware of its present & thought NG was the only plugin still active during my troubleshooting.

PS: Have you left a review? No worries one way or the other but if you haven’t we would appreciate the few moments of your time it would take.
