    Hi VideoGeek
Thanks for using our plugin ??
There could be a number of reasons for this.

    Possible solutions:

    • Please CHMOD the wp-google-maps/ directory and all of its subfolders and files to 755.
    • If that doesnt work, please try CHMOD the wp-google-maps/ directory and all of its subfolders and files to 777 temporarily.
    • Please confirm your PHP memory limit? Are you able to increase it?

If all else fails, please email me at [email protected] and we can take if from there and I will post the solution on here when we are done.

    Kind regards
    Nick

Not sure why it did not post. I have emailed you guys can you take a look at it it does seem to be the plugin. If you can try and fix it I would appreciate it. 1and1 say its the plugin.

    Thanks

    The error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 24117248) (tried to allocate 77 bytes)

    Solution:
The solution here would be to increase your server’s memory limit or go with another host. I believe 1on1 does not supply you with enough memory to do anything really. WordPress was barely able to load.

    Kind regards

    Hi Nick

I sorted this out, it was not your plugin, that is working fine now. It was another plugin which was causing the issues which was confirmed by the user review of that plug-in, I did find out about the memory issues with 1and1 and really hope I dont bump in to that issues. Can you recommend any good hosting companies which let you up the memory.

    Hi
Glad to hear you came right!
Any well-reviewed hosting company would be a good start. If you do run into any problems again, I’d suggest going with RackSpace or an alternative.

    Kind regards
    Nick
