    Hello,
when the Facebook plugin fro WooCommerce (Version 2.2.9) is installed and I activate the user with shop manager role, if the user try to edit a product, the system is giving back error 500. This doesn’t happened with administrator role though.

    Regards

  • Have this same issue as well. Even on admin role.

    Hi there @c21support!

It would be helpful to check for store errors (especially fatal ones). They can be accessed from the site’s Dashboard at WooCommerce → Status → Logs tab.

On that page are a dropdown menu and a View button. Please look in the menu for any recent logs that look related to this issue and select it. To load that log click the button. You can share the logs you may find by either copying and pasting them into your reply to this message or via https://pastebin.com/.

Also, check for any Fatal Error logs and share those as well, please. We have more in our guide here https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/.

P.S.: @wlpz next time please make sure to start a separate thread for any issues so we can deal with each individual case separately.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you to assist you further. Thanks!

@c21support we haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread. Cheers!
