@pastore80 – Are you seeing anything more specific in your error_logs that relates to NextGEN Gallery? A 500 error is much to generic in most cases to really be helpful on its own.

    Thanks!

    my error log tell me:
    [Tue Jan 27 16:04:06 2015] [error] [client 95.241.101.13:50969] – https://www.frammentiditoscana.it – End of script output before headers: index.php

@pastore80 – Hmm … that doesn’t add too much to the issue with NextGEN Gallery not active on your site at the moment.

Do you have the same issue if you deactivate *all* plugins, temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme and then activate NextGEN Gallery only?

Yes. I have tried to deactivate all plugin and switch to the default theme, but with no results.

@pastore80 – Unfortunately there is not much I can tell without NextGEN Gallery active on your site … if you want to submit a Bug Report at https://nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ and include log in and FTP credentials for us to look closer at this issue you are welcome to.

    Thanks!

    I find the solution!
The problem was a plugin conflict. The new version of Jquery Updater return the blank page. Strange, because i have already tried to disable all plugins in past.
Thank you so much! Good work!

@pastore80 – Thanks for the update. We are aware of the “jQuery Updater” plugin conflict but there is nothing we can really do about it as we use the version of jQuery bundled with WordPress … which also helps to ensure more backward compatibility than the latest versions of jQuery offer.

    Thanks, again!
