Error 500 after update to 6.4.0 (multisite)

  • Hi,

    Updating the Plugin from 6.3.0 to 6.4.0 broke my multisite. It only shows “error 500 site not working”. I had to rewind the update in order to get the site running again.

    I tried deactivating all other plugins and did the update again. Again all i got was error 500.

    I tried several times to update the plugin but got always the same 500 error.

    Unfortunately the logfiles didn’t help.
    On some trys the error log said that one plugin file is reffering to a not existing plugin file. But it was always another file that was reffering/missing.
    Mostly the error log showed no errors. Wich is very strange to me.

    I also tried to delete the htaccess but this didn’t help either.

    I’m pretty much clueless right now.

    I hope that somebody can help me to fix this.

  • Try to see if your wordpress rules are still in place.

    For me every time I update the plugin and/or change any option the plugin remove everything in my htaccess causing error 500 ??
