All tests are passed. On standard theme.

Try to switch theme and see if it helps.

Also check your error logs — what are there?

Search in your phpinfo all strings like “ctype”.

Seems like this enabled by default extension is disabled/unavailable on your hosting. It’s a PHP setup issue — not wp compatibility.
