When I want to edit a page where there are several siteORigin widgets (tabs) it throws Error 500.

I have seen that this is due to high resource consumption, what can I do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, thanks for posting your question.

Please, try establishing a working baseline. Clear WP Super Cache and then temporarily deactivate all plugins except for the Widgets Bundle. Does the issue persist with only the Widgets Bundle activated?

YEs… I have stopped all widgets and even talked to my hosting provider but they tell me that the resource consumption is skyrocketing and that’s why I get the 500 error.

When you say you’ve stopped all widgets can you confirm that you’ve cleared WP Super Cache and then deactivated all plugins except for the Widgets Bundle and then recreated the issue?

When I stopped all plugins and cleared the cache it worked. I will try to activate little by little to see if I can find the problem.

    Thanks for your help.

Thanks, I have other ideas but if we could start here that would be great.

Now … Resource Limit Is Reached

All deactivated… only that plugin… How is it possible that it exceeds the limits of my hosting service?

Thanks, you can try testing with another page. Insert a different widget and see if the issue is page and widget dependent.
