    Hi,

I just installed the plugin for the first time and it is causing some Errors 500 on my website, especially on “Users” and the plugin’s tab. And I want to know if it is a plugin’s problem or a incompatibility in my wordpress website.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo Chaves

    Hi Eduardo,

The 500 error is a server error. Can you check PHP error logs to see if you have any errors related to Members plugin?

You can also try to reinstall plugin since this might be some installation issue.

Finally, this might be some sort of plugin/theme conflict. Please deactivate all your plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate all plugins one by one to see which one cause that issue.

    Hi,

I checked the logs and I don’t see any problem related to Members plugin.
I already reinstalled and the errors keep showing.
I agree that is probably a plugin/theme conflict but as I use all the plugins I have and I would use the members plugin just for a simple config I’ll not not use this plugin. But I’ll mark this topic as solved as this is not a problem related to Members plugin, and is actually a conflict with other one.
Anyway I appreciate the help and sorry for taking long to reply.

    Thanks,
    Eduardo Chaves
