Error 500

    On the site, I can’t add twitter and facebook because i have the error message :

    500 status code for "POST /sites/162303853/publicize-connections/new"

    (xmlrpc.php is on)

    Can I have your help ? ??

    Hi there,

    This is happening because your site’s XML-RPC file is being blocked. That file is needed for Jetpack to connect to WordPress.com and fucntion properly.

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to unblock that file.

    That’s exactly the problem. You can clearly see that on your screenshot. If you run your site through the Jetpack debugger you get the exact same error:

    Have you contacted your hosting provider and asked them about the XML-RPC file? This is a common issue and hosts can quikly enable access to that file.
