Hi Katharine, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble saving your settings. “Mod Security” is a firewall that exists on your website’s server. It would be best if you reached out to your hosting provider to find out why you’re being blocked. They should be able to fix the issue for you, but if not, feel free to report back here with the details they provide. Then we can go from there.

I hope you’re enjoying the holidays.

Just to let you know. My host could not solve the problem, and since it is not recommended that I turn off mod security, the problem is not resolved. If you have any other suggestions, I’d be happy to try them out.

I’m sorry it’s not resolved Katharine. I’m sure that’s frustrating. It’s tough for us to troubleshoot without having more details. Can you ask your hosting provider to check what specifically is causing the error? If it is related to Mod Security, there should be a way for them to tell you what exactly is triggering the failure.

Since we haven’t heard from you in a little while, I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
