error 404 when uploading

  • I get this error on clinic uploads everything was working ok until today and now I get this error when the submit button is clicked. I did an upload to the media library of the same file no problem. the line is

    Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    sounds like it may be a problem with my ip address being blocked??

    I think I found the cause

    I added a field in the Rating form that did not exist in the entry form

    It is behaving ok for now but I will have to keep an eye on it.

    If you have quoted the error message correctly, it does not originate with EntryWizard or Ewz-Rating. Perhaps a security setting or plugin. Or you may have left the upload window open for long enough that your login expired.

    Not sure why but taking out the extra field in the ratings form allowed it to upload again. I will keep an eye on it to see if it happens again.
    I thought at first the site was over it’s limits but we are suppose to have unlimited space on the hosting site.

    Maybe entry forms was trying to write something to the none existing field maybe
