Error 404 when updating title/desc

    Hi,

    When I am trying to update a title or a description on an existing image within one of my galleries, I sometimes get a Error 404, page not found message. It only occurs in some galleries. Do you have any idea what this issue could be?

    Hi,

    I’ll be glad to help.

    First thing to check is your plugin is updated to the latest version.

    Then a plugin conflict check is suggested, deactivate all plugins except Nextgen Gallery, then try again, if the issue is gone, start reactivating one plugin at a time and checking after each. When the problem is back, the last activated plugin might be the culprit, keep reactivating and checking the rest, in case there is more than one conflict.
