Ok new to this and sorry if this is a crazy question and I am missing the obvious. Everything works in my site, except when I open a vendors store, or I use a vendors account – I am unable to view my store.

I read it might be to do with permalinks on other blogs, but everything I have tried to change, doesn’t work.

    My setup is as follows:

Firstly, i changed the name of my products page to content

WooCommerce>Settings>Products SHOP PAGE = Content (page)

    Permalinks:

    Product category base = content-category
    Product tag base = content-tag

    Product permalinks

    Custom Base: /content/content-category/

I have looked at this so long now, that I am just confused …thanks in advance for help!

    Hi Gareth,

Indeed, it might be due to the permalink settings you have. Please try to follow the recommendation from this link – https://docs.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/setting-permalinks/

Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance regarding this.

Ok I followed the instructions. Only problem it doesn’t allow me to change permalink, only sets to custom permalink for the shop permalink. So I changed it – using the custom – to copy the shop base.

But I am still having the issue and I get a 404 when trying to load store page.

Ok, played around with it more and found I didn’t set the
Store URL in Woocommerce/WC Vendors. Actually I didn’t want one, I would have preferred website.com/vendorstore. But I haven’t seen any documentation to show this is possible?

    Hello Gareth,

On your WC Vendors > Settings > Display > General > Store settings, you can have the option to set the vendor store URL – https://share.getcloudapp.com/geuwJ5EZ

This means that If you enter “vendors” your vendor store will be vendor/vendors/store-name/ and making the store URL be website.com/vendorstore is not supported.
