The widgets created in the plug are not suppose to have links attached to them.
Do you use the admin as well?

The widget is on my landing page, underneath the first 4 images :

The button “laisser un avis” means “leave a review”
when the customer clicked it, he got the 404 error.
He also tried with a private window, he logged in to his google account and got the same 404 error.

I do not understand of which admin you are talking.
I use my WordPress admin to configure the trustindex plug-in.
I do not have a subscription ID.

When I look in my WordPress admin / installed plug-ins.

I can find that the plug-in I do use is called “Widgets d’avis Google”
by Trustindex.io
Version : 9.5
Author : Trustindex.io
Active Installations: 100 000+
It is linked to https://www.trustindex.io/

And I do receive e-mails from “[email protected]” telling me my trial period is over. The very same day I reveived your message.

So I think you are wrong.
Could you have another look at my issue ?

Or maybe, trustindex.io has different plug-ins,and I am not on the proper forum.
Could you give me a link to the proper trustindex support that takes care of the particular plug-in I use ?

This is the official Trustindex forum for the Google plugin.
However, the plugin you use under the 4 images, is not a Trustindex widget.
Please check, if you delete the trustindex widget code, you’ll see the nothing will change.

I deleted the trustindex widget code :

It actually changes. Which is predictable. The reviews do not appear anymore.
I do not have another plug in for the reviews, so if I delete the trust index code, there is no more reviews.

I do not understand. What makes you think it could be any different ?

Could you send us the troubleshooting tab from the plugin?
