error 404, page “shop”

  • WordPress send me an email that described an error with the theme at the page of shop in my site. what happen??
    before of that error, i have problem with the permalinks.It works only in thw simple setting. in the other cases, the pages have error 404. how to fix it?

    First of late response here, as the theme does not have any functionality regarding permalinks setup, would you please confirm if you have properly set your WordPress? And, we recommend you to check the site by disabling each of the plugin.
