ERROR 404 ON Vendor Page

  • I get error 404 every time i access vendor page outside of admin login.
    Tried to save permalinks (WP-Admin, Settings, Permalinks, save without changes, ensure its set to postname anyway).

    No change. Updated plugin, no change, Re-installed plugin, no change.

    Urgently help as Vendors are therefore offline at the moment!!

  • Can confirm this has also just started happening on a site we manage. We’ve had to put it into offline mode.

    Have you updated anything recently for the site? Any plugins or theme?

    I can’t answer for the OP (@saharakenya)

    But we carry out regular updates – none had been recently updated when the problem occured. We updated the avaiable plugins in a hope to have the issue resolved.

    We also cant manage vendors as an admin – “Invalid Vendor: You don’t have permission to access this page. Please contact your Store Admin for assistance.”

    – Be sure, that user’s user role is “Store Vendor”
