This seems to be an issue with your current theme. I’d recommend you contacting the theme authors, or swictch to a different theme such as Rookie or Twenty Sixteen (both free)

I’ve the same problem. I would like to use your plugin, but can’t easily change my wordpress theme. Using the Sport theme from ThemeCanon. All my content and lay-out is set on this theme….

Please keep in mind that new issues should be kept in different topics ??

But we’d still recommend you disabling the current theme. That is just part of the troubleshooting process to confirm if it’s a theme issue or a setup issue. If it’s a theme issue we recommend you contacting the theme authors.

I’ve been in contact with the developers of the Canon Theme Sports, which I’m using. After some tests, it seems that’s the problem is causing by the plugin. Is there a way to solve this?

This isn’t caused by our plugin, it’s likely that there are just conflicting features. For example, if you activate WordPress’ default theme (twenty sixteen) it works fine, so there are no issues in our plugin.

Unfortunately we can’t help you with third party code issues. We recommend you either hiring a developer or switching themes.

This is similar to this issue which was also identified in the Rookie theme and is still occurring unless a manual fix is done to the theme
