I understand you’re having problems with the “Thank You” page after one makes a purchase in your store.

Before we can dive deep into the issues, was this page showing correctly before? If it was, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

In the meantime, please navigate to?WooCommerce →? Settings →??Advanced?tab, and check that the?Checkout Endpoint?for?Order received?is correct:

The problem occurred 2 weeks ago and I don’t remember making any changes, just normal plugin updates.

Flushing the permalinks essentially refreshes the site’s URL structure, which can fix issues related to redirects, missing pages, or incorrect link behavior.

If this makes no difference, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report:?You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.
• Fatal Error Log:?Please share any?fatal error logs?(if any) found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs

Looking at the shared SSR, I was able to notice that your theme – ‘Woodmart’, is overriding the “Thank You” page. This therefore means that the team is responsible for the error message.

To test this and rule out any theme conflicts, please switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront and check if the error persists. Please be sure to have a backup in place so that you can restore to a previous working point after switching themes.

I’ve already changed the theme Twenty Twenty-Four to and I still have the same problem.

I’m very worried about this because it’s been over a week and I haven’t found a solution.

This URL for the order-received page indicates that there is a problem with the URLs.
This format follows the “Plain” option of the Permalink Settings where page ID is used.

The rest of your website pages follow the “Post name” option.
Where a page ID is not used.
https://diaonce.co/terminos-y-condiciones/

The correct URL of the order confirmation should be like this:
https://mystagingwebsite.com/checkout/order-received/12607/?key=wc_order_jGbbXdHYc6NKM

I suggest you disable the PrettyLinks plugin and then save the permalinks again.

To confirm, did you save the permalinks again after deactivating the PrettyLinks plugin?
If not then please try this step.

If you already tried this step, I suggest deleting the .htaccess file at the root directory of your WordPress instance. Then save the permalinks. This step will force the WordPress to create a new default .htaccess file.
