Error 404 Not Found only on homepage

  • I recently moved to new IIS webhost. I was on IIS previously as well and everything worked fine for me. On new host, everything works fine EXCEPT when you go to homepage https://www.bhagravs.com it shows ERROR 404 – NOT FOUND. I am not sure what could be causing this as all my permalinks are working as expected.

    I appreciate all help in advance.
