Error 404 not found in checkout

  • Using Jigoshop 1.6.5 WP 3.5.1 Site is https://screamingfromthegallery.com/
    I get error 404 page not found when going to my checkout page. I have left it in the menu so anyone here can check and see the exact error. What do I do to fix? New here and slightly confused. using Sports Grunge Theme that supports jigoshop. When I try to pay I also do not get redirected to Paypal. I think it is part of the issue with the error.

    I have tried resetting the permalinks to basic default and other selections, to no avail. Also now as I try to check my /%postname%/ permalink it seems to bump me to the one above, even after save. All my permalinks on Jigo shop are in the off position.

    When I try to set it to /%postname%/ it will not take, It seems to take /%postname% without the (/) at the end I do not think this is right….or is it?

    Same problem here. I upgraded Jigoshop from version 1.4.9 to version 1.6.5. I’m running wordpress 3.5.1 and since the Jigoshop upgrade I am unable to access the checkout page. When I click the checkout url, I’m redirected form /checkout to /checkout/20/20 and get a 404 page not found error.

    Does anybody know why this is happening and how can we resolve this issue?

    Additional information about the problem: This problem only happens when the cart is empty. Prior to the upgrade, when the cart was empty, I was automatically redirected to the cart page but this redirection doesn’t take place any more.
