"Error 404 – Not Found" for all Dashboard pages

  • After logging into wp-admin, the dasboard menu options are displayed at the top of the browser but all of the links result in “Error 404 – Not Found”

    Problem: cannot access any dashboard pages.

    Assume the version is 3.2. How can to identify without dashboard access?

    Plugins were disabled and problem persisted.
