Error 404 – Not Found

I have a jokes blog at https://www.jokeslounge.com/

All category URL’s work fine, like https://www.jokeslounge.com/category/police-jokes/ but when you click on any individual post like https://www.jokeslounge.com/2281/disorderly-conduct/ it gives me a 404 error. I have tried changing themes if it was something to do with the theme. I also tried to change the permalink structure and update the .htaccess, but anything I do, this problem does not go away.

SOmebody help.
