Error 404 Login into Dashboard

  • I updated my www.remarpro.com theme and now I can’t login into my website. When I try to login into my dashboard I get and Error 404. I know my site is ok because I can look at it just not login into the dashboard.

    My site is, https://www.teresadavisblog.com. Could someone please look and see what is causing my problem and fix it, please!!!

    I have been reading about just save it with another name..ok what the heck are you talking about? Could you please explain and remember I don’t understand all your “geekeness language” ??

    Esmi..thanks, but once again you just give me some instructions that mean absolutely nothing to me knowing I do not understand how or where or what you are talking about.

    Is there anyone else who could pleas explain step by step how to save and where to save?

    It really sucks that no one is willing to help me besides esmi, which has not helped..I have a blog that I cannot even use now because I can’t get into the dashboard but yet I still have to pay yearly for it. Thanks a lot WordPress for nothing!!!!!

    FTP is software on your computer that you use to upload files to your web host. I use an FTP called Filezilla. You probably have one on your computer that you used to upload your files. You should login in to that software and access your web server. That is where you should make the changes esmi recommended.

    I’ll recommend lynda.com for great WordPress training to get you started on this WordPress path. It’s inexpensive and will walk you through basics like this.
