    – Hi,

    – Maybe this is not the subject of Yoast plugin, if that’s the case then I’m sorry, but honestly I don’t know where to post to get the answer for me.

    – My website is having an error, that the image URL is all 404 (I scratched with Screaming Frog images I have scratched are image URLs with 404 errors
), and all these images after I checked in the gallery are ALIVE (https://prnt.sc/ui55sd). But I don’t understand why when opening the image URL on the website, it can be seen by cache, but after pressing ctrl + F5 (clear cache), it returns 404 error.

==> You can see my progress check here:
    1. https://prnt.sc/ui4ygm
    2. https://prnt.sc/ui51mq
    3. https://prnt.sc/ui53ld

    – I tried many ways such as: upgrading all plugins, changing the .htaccess file (as directed on the internet, I am not a programmer), checking the plugins for conflicts with the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, … things still don’t work.

    – I used Screaming Frog to scratch out 404 error image URLs and scratch again each time.

    – I hope the community can support, help, and give me a solution so I can fix this.

    – I apologize if I asked the wrong place, hope everyone can guide me where to ask, or can assist me in this post. Thank you very much

    Hello @lehoangkhangloe,

    Thanks for reaching out!

You mentioned that the image URL throws a 404 error though it is present in your media library. We do not think this is related to your use of the Yoast SEO plugin. To confirm, does this happen even when the Yoast SEO plugin is deactivated?

We recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider as it may be related to anti-hotlinking in the .htacees file or your Apache server configuration.

    Thank you.
