Error 404, file not found when adding new form

    After changing to PHP 5.6, it worked.
    However, then I add a new form and save, all color settings (text field borders, button color, etc…) are cleared.

    Hi,
    Glad you got the first issue resolved.

    First, let’s make sure there isn’t a theme conflict. If you temporarily switch themes (eg TwentyFifteen), does the issue remain?

    If it does not, then we can confirm that there is an error in the theme you have installed.

    You should also test for plugin conflicts. Does the issue remain if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for our plugin?

    If it does not, reactivate each plugin one-by-one until you find the culprit.
