• Argh, thought this was resolved yesterday… I was wrong.

I’m currently using www.remarpro.com, Catch Box by Catch Themes.

I used to have gapsguide.com directing people to gapsguide.wordpress.com. Lots of incoming links.

Recently, I moved my site from wp.com to wp.org.
All posts, categories, pages, were moved over.

I then changed the DNS for gapsguide.com so that everyone going there would land at badenlashkov.com, and all posts/links with that prefix would continue to work.

    I kept gapsguide.wordpress.com in place.

It was suggested that I purchase from WP.com the “site redirect” feature. I did, and thought it was working, but I was wrong. Specifically, incoming links to pages and categories work, but incoming links to individual blog posts -and links from one blog post to another- bring up Page Not Found (Error 404).

    Help?

Further to the above, as it’s just occurred to me:

Might this to do with the permalink structure? In the old blog, I had the structure as [date/post title]. Posts from December onward are [post title only]. When I moved to wp.org a few weeks ago, I chose the permalink structure of [post title only]. I don’t know why the posts in December differ from that blog’s earlier ones and match my new (wp.org) settings, but I wonder if this has something to do with why links for posts before December 2012 are no longer working?

If this is a possibility, how would I repair this?
