    Hi!

I have a problem with a store placed on WooCommerce: https://www.rowerynaraty.pl/. After completing all the fields on the Checkout subpage and selecting the payment method (no matter if it is a traditional transfer or installments) and accepting the regulations, a page with a 404 error appears.
The following address is displayed: /?p=824%2Fzamowanie-przyjete%2F1033%2F&key=wc_order_R1XYmtNVuFWOa
I will add that I changed the slugs in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced to Polish, without Polish characters and with dashes instead of spaces. There is no “/” before or after.

I’m guessing it’s the thank you for order/order summary page

Have any of you had a similar problem and know how to solve it?

I managed to solve the problem. The template in Elementor Pro was set as the landing subpage, instead of the subpage added in the Pages section.

Unfortunately, I have a problem that I can’t solve. The checkout panel, instead of being displayed in two columns, is displayed in one or two columns, but only on half of the page. The rest is white. How can this topic be solved?

    Hi @rnrpl ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Glad to hear that you managed to resolve the first issue, nice!

As I understand, you are using Elementor Pro to build your site, which means that the checkout page is designed through the Elementor plugin.

Kindly note that this forum is dedicated to support for WooCommerce core, and issue related to Elementor features and functionality is outside the scope of support here.

You can reach out in the dedicated Elementor forums, here.

Hope this helps, and please let us know if you have any other questions!
