Error 404 admin-bar-notice.js not found

    On the latest version of Jetpack, when the plugin is activated and you login to the WP Admin theres a 404 for this file: https://foo-bar.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/scan/_inc/build/scan/admin-bar-notice.min.js, full error is below.

    GET https://foo-bar.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/scan/_inc/build/scan/admin-bar-notice.min.js?minify=false&ver=1%27%20defer%20onload=%27 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

    Please provide:

    1. Estimated time on a fix?
    2. Estimated time on the next relase?
