Error 404 /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/

Hi Everyone and thanks Samir for this great plugin.
I noticed (on all my websites) a redundant error coming up with this URL: /-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/-/
Anybody seen this before? look like an infinite loop to me, but it shouldn’t be?

Any info?
