Error 403 with some browsers when using better-wp-security

    Recently (matter of days), something changed with a Web site I support. Some browsers cannot access the site and get returned a HTTP Error 403, forbidden access (or similar). Although not all browsers have been tested, here are some results:

    a. IE11 on PC (Windows 7) – OK
    b. Firefox (latest) on PC (Windows 7) – OK
    c. Safari on iPhone (iOS 9.2.1) – Fail
    d. Firefox on iPhone – Fail
    e. Google Chrome (platform unknown) – Fail

    Host technical support identified better-wp-security as the cause as it is blocking a range of items and IP addresses.

    better-wp-security has ben disable by rename (for now).

    I am new to WordPress and even newer to better-wp-security and would appreciate guidance to help me resolve the problem.
