hello we have a web that when we edit the footer with elementor makes us a 403 error when we proceed to update. We have disabled wordfence and modsecurity and the error persists. What can we do?

  • Hi Karpin,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Before we proceed, as you’ve already noticed, this type of error can occur due to some firewalling service, whether if it’s a plugin (which you disabled) or on your hosting service.

Please try and contact your hosting provider and ask if any firewall service is being applied, and if so, they’d need to whitelist Elementor for it to work properly.

If you’ve done that, please let us know what was the result.

    Regards,

    Gil
