Error 403 with AIOS to log as admin

    Bonjour,

    Le plugin AIOS est activé avec les options suivantes :

    Login lockout configuration :
Enable login lockout feature: Checked
Enable login lockout IP whitelist: Checked
(allowed IP are the the whitelist)
In brut force protection :
Allow renaming of Connection settings page: checked

    J’arrive à me connecter sans problème (mon IP est dans la liste blanche).

    J’ai donné accès à un autre utilisateur, en administrateur. Son IP est aussi dans la liste blanche, mais il n’arrive pas à se connecter. WordPress lui retourne une erreur 403 : “L’accès à monsite.fr a été refusé. Vous ne disposez pas des droits utilisateur pour utiliser cette page. HTTP ERROR 403”.

    Comment résoudre ce problème SVP ?

    I can reply in english only.

    403 Error is due to login white list is enabled and IP address do not inside login whitelist. If it is issue for another user only try cross check he suppose to have the correct IP address and he has static IP address ( it is not keep changing). Also please cross check and add IPv6 address also.
