Error 403 while sync contacts

    I’m having trouble syncing data from Woocommerce to Mautic.

    I only have the user role, last order status and last order number fields created for synchronization.

    With instant synchronization.

    The log tells me in each integration: response: code 403 message Forbidden.

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Can you please share the Error log of the plugin so that we can check. And please also share the screenshot of the issue as well.

    And also please check the directory permissions of the cache folder inside the Mautic installation. Navigate to the folder where the Mautic has been set up and follow this path: path-to-mautic/app/. You will get the “Cache” folder there.

    The permission should be 777 for that folder. Please check this once.

    Hi!

    I still have the same problem.

    I have deleted the cache folder and the new one generated I have set permissions 777 and all its subfolders.

    When receiving a purchase the answer in the log is

    “response”: {“code”: 403, “message”: “Forbidden”}, “cookies”: [], “filename”: null, “http_response”: {“data”: null, “headers”: null, “status”: null}}`

    It’s possible your .htaccess file is blocking access to subdirectories.

    Please check by your end if there are any deny/allow directives there?

    If it’s not there you may need to contact the hosting company to allow access to these files. They are there otherwise they would 404, the 403 means something on your server is denying access.`
