    Hi,

I always use your plugin for security issues, but this time I got a conflict with Woocommerce custom product designer.

When user save a design he made, he got an URL to reload the design, like :

    https://www.websiteURL/tshirtecommerce/sharing.php/[$_GET infos]

When I deactivate your plugin I can access to the URL, but I can’t when it is activated.

FYI, I use brute force protection only to rename the back office URL…

Any idea to fix it ?

    Thank you very much.

    Anthony

    Hi Anthony, try the following.

Activate our plugin again, and disable all firewall rules. Then carry out a test? If your issue is resolved, that means that one of the firewall rules is causing this conflict in your site. If that is the case, start enabling one by one the firewall rules and at the same time carrying out a test. Do this until you come across the culprit firewall feature.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you

    Hi @mbrsolution,

I’m sorry I didn’t answer to this post, the website was on stand by for a few weeks.

Actually it was a firewall rule, everything is ok now ??

    Thanks for your help.

    Have a nice day.

    Anthony
