2. Does this happen with all slideshows?
3. It looks like the answer is “yes”
4. What PHP version are you using?

Yes, recording doesn’t work for all slides and on all slides.

PHP : 7.4
Web hosting : O2switch

I don’t have the “No Conflict Mode” option.

There was another person in this thread who reported the same issue with that same hosting company. I would recommend talking to their support.

Is there something specific that needs to be configured at on server with the latest updates?

I would ask them about any recent changes to their servers. For example, did they recently disable access to the WordPress REST API? That is part of Step 7 here: https://www.metaslider.com/docs/troubleshooting/

HI, I don’t know if anything was changed but the problem was resolved this morning.
