    I also have this problem. When a user doesn’t have a wallet yet (wallet is only created when the user profile is opened in WP) then he can’t submit the bank form from front-end.

    This error indicates that users and/or wallets are not created automatically in the MANGOPAY API as they should. This is most of the time due to missing user information (birthday, nationality or user status).

    The MANGOPAY user IDs are supposed to be created as soon as a user registers (wether it is a vendor or a buyer). Could you please specify how the users were registered?

    Registration using default WP/WooCommerce registration pages (back-end or front-end) should automatically create all necessary information, so I suspect there is some unsupported customized registration process?

    Please also check the MANGOPAY status dashboard in the wp-admin, verify that all statuses are “green”. If anything is red, please try to correct it at first.
