    Hi @sbmoly13,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.

Would you be able to try disconnecting MonsterInsights completely first before re-authenticating?

    Here are the steps:

    1. Log into your wp-admin.
    2. Go to Insights ? Settings ? Google Authentication
    3. Click on Disconnect MonsterInsights first. Here’s how to find it: https://a.supportally.com/i/sRufHT
    4. Note: You might need to do this step twice if it shows an error the first time, and that’s okay! It should work on the second try when you click on Force Deauthenticate.
    5. Now you should get a success message saying you’ve successfully disconnected.
    6. While fully disconnected, go ahead and connect MonsterInsights again.

I hope that helps, but let me know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
