Error 403 from Web site for SOME browsers

    A recent change (no originated by me) with a Web site I support has caused some browsers to throw an HTTP Error 403, access denied. Although not all browsers have been tested, we know the following:
    a. Works OK with IE11 on a PC (Windows 7)
    b. Works OK with Firefox (latest) on PC (Windows 7)
    c. Fails with Safari on iPhone
    d. Fails with Firefox in iPhone
    e. Fails with Google Chrome (platform not known)
    I have been advised by the Website host support team that the plug-in, better-wp-security, is blocking numerous, valid, IP addresses as well.

    For now better-wp-security plug-in have been removed by rename.

    I am new to WordPress and, especially, the better-wp-security plug-in and am reaching out for some assistance in resolving the issue witch started very recently (days, not weeks)
