    Error on update compaign in MyMail plugin… latest version compatible with wp4.5

    403 Forbidden

    A potentially unsafe operation has been detected in your request to this site, and has been blocked by Wordfence.

    If you are an administrator and you are certain this is a false positive, you can automatically whitelist this request and repeat the same action.

    I checked “I am certain this is a false positive.” and refreshed the page and am still presented with the 403 message.

    In php error.log I didn’t find anything…

    How to put this plugin in whitelist?

    Regards,
    Giuseppe

    Hi Giuseppe,

    Can you try setting the firewall back to Learning Mode, completing the action you were trying to do, and then setting the firewall to “Enabled” again?

    If it does not work, is your site running on a Windows server? We do have a fix coming for Windows servers in the next release, for cases where the options cannot be saved.

    If you need to disable the firewall and cannot set it back to Learning Mode or Disabled on the firewall page, we have instructions to disable it another way, here:

    Thank you Matt,
    Yes I’m on windows server 2012R2 and php7, for now I’ve disabled the firewall with this in wp-config.php define(‘WFWAF_ENABLED’, false);

    Hi Giuseppe,

    Great, sorry for the inconvenience. Once the next version is released and the site is updated, you should be able to enable the firewall again by removing that line from the wp-config.php again.

    I also had this issue and wanted to confirm that putting the site into Learning Mode worked for me. I had to try it a couple times, but eventually it allowed me to send mail, and it added a whitelist entry.

    Hi WFMattR,

    Great your Job. thankyou
