Error 403: Forbidden

    A month ago I discovered that some of my old pictures will not load (www.aako.no). When I try to open them, I get this error message:
    Error 403: Forbidden
    Your PHP settings have been disabled by an H-Sphere administrator
    etc….
    This happens only for files in the uploads folder that are dated 2010 and older.
    I looked at the permissions on the files and found that there was a change in ownership on the same date. The newer files have another owner and they work fine.
    What should I do? Could I change the ownership of the old files, in case how?

    Googeled the error code and found that the error probabely was not a wordpress issue. I contacted my server host. They performed a reset on the attributes on the files.
    Now I can see that all the files in uploads have the same owner.
    And all works fine again.
