ERROR 403 – Forbidden!

Can’t access protected pages! Get ERROR 403 – Forbidden!
Also seems to be a bug when protecting a page and adding a user to a group…nothing happens and have to refresh page to apply.Can’t access the protected page now. Will have to delete.
