Error 403 for accessing items of WordPress counter

I have had a problem for accessing items of WordPress counter from yesterday. When I click on each options like(plugins, pages, textes…) I have got 403 errors consecutively, and there is no access on all items.

 Interestingly, I restored to the backup, but it did not work. I even disabled the plugins and the template, but it still gives a 403 error.

The host support team also checked, but they claim that there is no problem from their side.

I checked all the thing that is related to 403 error, but nothing changed, please guide me how to get my access back.
