Error 403 Comment spam detected and blocked

    Hello everyone!

    Can anyone help me? I just noticed this yesterday. I am getting some traffic but I am not getting comments so I tried commenting on my own post and I am getting this error.
    Below is the error:

    What I did so far. Visiting my site using a different unit with different IP address, deactivating the plugins, I used the internet using our office internet, home internet, and café internet, logged in to my own account, logging out and tried posting still I am getting the error. The only spam blocker I used was Akismet and I deleted it already, for the virus is the Wordfence. Can you please let me know who should I contact? Would it be here? my webhost? my theme? Please help, I need to interact with my readers.

    UPDATE: I contacted the support department where my website is hosted and they easily fixed the issue.
