Error 403 – cannot login anymore

Since some hours I cannot log in anymore to the backend of my website. The Browser immediately brings a 403 Error Acces denied. (Access to this resource of thesServer is denied). The 403 page comes so fast as if it would come directely from the browser and not from my Server.
The Special Thing is, that I have this Problem only on two of my Mac Workstations … on all other Computers the Login works (Macs and WinPCs). Also special is the fact that I have the problem in Safari AND in Chrome on these Macs… but NOT in Firefox.
I do not understand what’s going on. I did a reset of the browser cache, did even disable the cache etc… nothing helps. What can I do? Thank You for Your help.
The Problem occured after I made some adjustments in iThemes security: changed admin 1, changed DB prefix, and other minor Settings.
