Error 402: Unable to create order

  • I have set up Learnpress and made a course. It is free. When I try and manually create an order and add the course, it doesn’t show up. Likewise, if I try and buy the course from the course page, it allows me to create user or logon but then says “Error 402: Unable to create order. Please try again.”

    What should I do to sort this out? I’ve tried so many things!

    Hi,

    Please try to go to your WordPress dashboard -> LearnPress -> Tool -> Database -> Click to re-uprade database button if is show.
    Or please try to disable each plugin, switch to the default WordPress theme and enable debug mode to check.

    When I try and do upgrade database, I get the message : Step modify_tb_lp_order_items: Table i5426161_wp3.wp_learnpress_order_items’ doesn’t exist.

    Hi,
    I had the same problem.
    I had wordpress 5.9 installed and Learnpress 4.1.5.
    After viewing the logs, I detected that the database was missing two tables wp_learnpress_order_items and wp_learnpress_order_itemmeta. After creating them the error disappeared.
