Error 402

    HI,

    I’m having a mare getting woocommerce to work?

    Error 402 if you try to pay.

    In the settings I noticed these missing

    WC Database Version: [?] 2.4.10

    woocommerce_api_keys Table does not exist
    woocommerce_attribute_taxonomies Table does not exist
    woocommerce_termmeta Table does not exist
    woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions Table does not exist
    woocommerce_order_items Table does not exist
    woocommerce_order_itemmeta Table does not exist
    woocommerce_tax_rates Table does not exist
    woocommerce_tax_rate_locations Table does not exist

    (I’m not a developer)

    I also noticed if I add anything to Product Categories page, its gone the next time I visit the admin page?

    de-activate and re-activate. If the tables do not install after this, your MySQL user may not have permission to create tables. This would need correcting at host level.
